For over 20 years, I have loved photography: from learning my way around a manual camera to editing my first photo story in a newspaper. Though I prefer to leave photography to photographers much more talented than myself, I do love taking photos. I’ll never pass up the chance to take a photo of an adorable animal or a heart-stopping moment. 

Being the platform for other photographers is truly where my heart is. The power of a singular photograph has no limit. A picture can spark empathy, rage, or a smile, help educate, or be held up as a symbol.

As an editor, I have produced stories on every continent in the world (getting a story done in Antarctica is no joke). Every story, no matter how big or small, deserves to be told well and at the right time.
